Thankfully, we have as many staying in shape options, so we can indulge guilt-freely in the countless Happy Hour Social and Dining options here at the beach!
Here are my top picks for great workouts. Meet your neighbours and have some fun!
GOLF
IF you are one of my guests, I can provide access to the PRIVATE Coronado Golf/Tennis and Beach Club as I am a lifetime member. Only 2 blocks away from Panama Sarah’s casitas.
PICKLE BALL – is now available almost every day of the week!
I have extra paddles for my guests. I am in love with this sport, fast moving, competitive, great exercise, social and FUN!
PING PONG
Where: Panama Sarah’s Casitas. Tournaments happen regularly, or just play whatever time of day you like for fun and recreation.
WALKING GROUP
From Picasso Restaurant – a fast (or slower if you desire) paced 4km walk to get your blood pumping for the day. When: Mon/Wed/Fri 6:30 am sharp!
BEACH BOOTCAMP
Beach in front of Coronado Bay Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:15 am. Free.
FULLY EQUIPPED GYM – When you rent one of my studio or two bedroom Condos on the beach, you have full access to rooftop gym

#2. Swim in my Private Pool & BBQ at Panama Sarah’s Casitas, and enjoy your cozy casita with full kitchen!
#3. Enjoy one of Coronado Bay’s (Solarium) 2 pools, beachfront or rooftop, where you will full have access to (as well as rooftop gym) while staying in one of my beachfront condos.
