The Space
This condo complex is brand new , as are the custom furnishings and high end stainless appliances (2019). Flagship property and this is one of the rare front of the ship full 2 bedroom / 2 bathrooms at 128 m2. You cannot get any closer to the beach.! This 2 bedroom is fully furnished, located on the 18th floor and offers stunning Pacific ocean and mountain views….views you will enjoy whether lying in bed, hanging out in the living room or balcony. Put your feet in the sand, swim in the ocean and then choose from one of multiple swimming pools to take a dip or swim some laps. With social areas, a fitness center, tennis and basketball courts – guests staying at Royal Palm have the best of recreation and serenity at their doorstep.
Guest Access
Royal Palm features a private gated entrance and 24/7 security. The development is famous for their lavish and fully equipped social areas: one on the sunrise side of the building on the 3rd floor with 2 pools and the jacuzzi, and the other social area built directly upon the beachfront with a sweeping ocean view, 1 adult pool and 1 shallow kid’s pool. A brand new bar/restaurant is now open onsite as of February 2020.
Royal Palm is the most relaxing, uncrowded condominium development and has natural beauty not only of the ocean and beach, but palm trees, mountains and panoramic views. With spacious common sitting areas for families, a children’s play area and pool, a lap pool, lounge chairs perfect for sunbathing, huge exercise room, state of art equipment and big sauna room. Royal Palm is close to supermarkets, shopping centers, mountain waterfalls and as much or as little activity as you’d like.
