I actually left Panama in June for a few months to be with family in Canada, there were no renters in our properties due to airport closure, and sanitary fences between Panama City and Coronado. I had been chatting with this lovely young couple from the UK who were “stuck” in Panama in June during the Pandemic, and ended up housesitting for me. We started to .receive guests again in October, when Panama re-opened. Anthony and Bibby stood up to the challenge! Created excellent Covid protocol procedures for staff and guests and welcomed our guests warmly, yet safely. I have received numerous outstanding online reviews about their amazing diligence and hospitality, and they have carried the carefully honed torch on my behalf, and I could not be happier. I have received the Superhost designation again for this last quarter, continued Trip Advisor Certificate of excellence, 5 star reviews for service, cleanliness and responsibility during these times, even while not in the country personally. It’s all down to my caring house managers! We are pictured here enjoying some fabulous sushi at Nacion Sushi and catching up since my return. I have invited Anthony and Bibby to stay on, and live in a casita onsite, moving forward, so our guests in 2020 and 2021 will have TRIPLE the care and attention (and triple the entertaining travel stories we all have! ) Welcome Back to the World! From Candy, November 2020. Dear Sarah... Hope you arrived Safe & Sound in PTY. Once again, we had a lovely stay in Casita Tortuga and Anthony & Bibby are sooooo nice and down to earth. They were on top of everything and even did “Interior Design” on Casita Tortuga to make it such a comfortable stay for my hubby and two kids. Instead of a futon, they managed to put an additional double bed. Wow!!! I even told them that if you liked the arrangement when you arrive on Monday, this would be the perfect Casita for a family. They made sure we had everything we needed. Went way and beyond customer service, really made us feel wanted and happy in your property plus helped me get another property for my extension with a friend of theirs cause all your properties were booked on November 4th. I am sooo happy you’ve invited them to stay on because I know they would be an asset for you as Property Managers. Thanks again Sarah. Truly loved your property, our stay, plus excellent service and prompt reply from both your PMgrs on-site and yourself, even when you were in another country. Gian Review October 2020 "We loved the nature, the pool, the as-home details... we have to remark the special atmosphere that Sarah has created at the whole property, is amazing! Don’t think it twice, you will love the place! We didn’t met Sarah personally, but we received excellent communication with her, before and during booking. Anthony, Bibby and Oleo (the lovely dog) welcomed us. They were our super hosts at the property. In February, they flew from England to PTY for work, then the worldwide emergency state call, made them look for a place to isolate so they stayed in a new country with no return date to homeland! We had the opportunity to dinner together in our first night, sharing good talks. Those guys are amazing and talented people! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet for nice sleep and privacy. The BBQ, the ping-pong table, the pool, the books, the patio, the nature, were part of the nice details. This three day trip was very special for us because it was our first trip after a long quarantine. Bio-safety measures and social distancing were part of the precautions.
